I think you could do most of that ok.  We dont have a specific sequential turbo control strategy but it may be possible to do with GP outputs etc depending how complex the system is.  You may have to describe what controls your system needs.

We also dont yet have a dedicated NOS function but we are working on that so should do in the near future.  

How would the engine protection work?  Can the Link ecu limit RPM somehow?
