Had a quick google and it looks like it has all the signal conditioning circuitry in it and an 8x down sampler. The ECU will be able to read the signal just fine but G4+ ECUs are limited to 500Hz max frequency input on DI 1-8 so you will realistically need another down sampler.

An example calculation I found for that sensor is:

100,000 rpm * 14 blades/rev = 1,400,000 blade pass counts per minute (14 blade compressor)
1,400,000 / 60 sec/min = 23,333 blade pass counts per second (Hz)
23,333 / 8 count divisor = 2,917 Hz output frequency

so another 8x down sampler would give you a max readable rpm of something like 137,000rpm.
