Missing E-Throttle Target Help file

Hi, anyone know where I can get this documentation file from ?  - Im on the latest Link Version

Hmm, it looks like there might be a broken link somewhere.  

You can manually navigate to it in Help > contents tab > G4X and G5 ECU Tuning Functions > Electronic Throttle Control > E-Throttle First Time Setup

if you right click on the Help_File_ENG.chm file and select properties does it have an option to unblock? Do other pages work or do all pages show the same window?
