Cold start tuning

Hi guys,

Could anyone please help me to fine tune the cold start my 06 WRX on 98 fuel? I have to start the car 3 times every morning to get it running. I notice if I give it a little gas, it will start easier. Please see attached cold start logs and tuned map. I zipped the files as it is a bit too big.

There's a 4D Fuel Table permanently active for "TGV Bank 1" pulling out 15% on startup.

Looks like its mostly decayed away by 60deg C, maybe the table should be configured to only be active over 1% TPS..?
Or configured against a Virtual AUX so a few more parameter "lockouts" can prevent it from enabling during that initial Startup?

Or maybe cheat and bump up the Crank Enrich, Warm Enrich etc a heap - for anything lower than 60deg C?

I think the 4D fuel table is the issue. My car has TGV deletes. No add on NOS or methanol. I don't think the 4D fuel table should exist. 

I turned off the 4D fuel table. Car cranked 1st time. I will test it again tomorrow morning to confirm it.
