MUSTER Posted May 9, 2024 Report Posted May 9, 2024 Hello, this is the first time I have asked a question and I hope to be as detailed as possible. I have an ECu link NGTRX for a RB25DET s1 and to be able to install the electronic throttle, I have acquired a control module, but I have doubts about how to wire it and I want to know if my wiring configuration is correct. This is the module: This is the diagram: Thank you in advance! PS: I have decided to use these AUX outputs, following these indications: Quote
Adamw Posted May 9, 2024 Report Posted May 9, 2024 Those are old instructions from maybe G4 or a V series. With G4X the PWM outputs for the RET signal 1/2 must use Aux 1&2 or Aux 3&4. The enable (e-throttle relay) can be any aux, Inj or Ign. What revision bottom board do you have? The current one (V1.7) has Aux 9&10 for direct e-throttle already available on one of the expansion connectors. Quote
MUSTER Posted May 10, 2024 Author Report Posted May 10, 2024 Thank you very much for your reply. I just saw, that my lower board is V1.6, which doesn't have the AUX 9/10 for that configuration. So, as far as I can see, I have to use either AUX1/2 or AUX3/4 for signal 1/2 respectively. But what about the functions these AUX normally occupy on the original ECU pins? TYPE ECU PIN FUNCTION AUX 1 113 VTC AUX 2 104 FP SPEED 1 AUX 3 9 AC OUT AUX 4 7 TACHOMETER For example, if I use AUX3/4, do I have to sacrifice it or can I configure other AUX for the tachometer output, like AUX 11 for example? Thanks!! Quote
Adamw Posted May 10, 2024 Report Posted May 10, 2024 Aux 11 cant do PWM. Can you move the tacho wire to aux 7? If you want the CE light you could move that to aux 11 or Ign 7 or 8 on the expansion. Quote
