Honda r18 z1

Hi there

I am looking to install this engine in a jetboat and would like to know if link has support for the cam trigger wheel, monsoon ecu. I will try add a pic, I have done a search and couldn't find much.

Does it have a crank wheel as well?  We have some notes for a R18A will work with the K20 trigger mode but I think this one maybe different.

Yes it does have a crank sensor as well, it's also different to the r18a1. The r18z1 is a 60-2 crank trigger wheel. They use the same type hall sensor but the crank sensor is located on the opposite side of the block.

In that case this engine would work with the generic multitooth/missing mode using the cam level sync mode.  Will need to see a triggerscope once wired to decide on the sync tooth setting but otherwise it is supported.  Looks similar to the K24Z3 I think.
