Trig1 Err with ej251 using V1-5 ignition configuration

looking at the scope the signals appear to be clean but the trigger state keeps dropping back to idle and im getting increasing errors. the engine will sputter while cranking but will not start. 

adjustments to filters did not help.

The crank sensor is wired incorrect polarity, the cam sensor looks ok.  Swap the +/- wires at the crank sensor plug.
