Help with unlocking an atomX

Hi guys, I bought a atomX from someone off Facebook this week that was still brand new in the box. He purchased it over 3 years ago but never got to the point of installing it on his project. He unfortunately had no idea that there was an unlock code required and doesn't have any record of it. I have the original FedEx shipping label from when he ordered it and it shows a return address directly from Link ECU in Troy, MI. Is there any way for me to get the unlock code from Link directly?

The serial number is 107207
