Wiring a Bosch LSU4.9 to a Fury

I have a new Bosch LSU 4.9 that I'm about to wire in to a Fury G4X.  The sensor comes with 500mm of wiring but I see there's no green (MES) wire included in the sensor wiring ( ie 5 wires).  What do I do wire the MES cable from the ECU loom?

The factory LSU 4.9 plug has 6 pins but only 5 wires going to the sensor as the MES wire goes to a calibration resistor fitted inside the sensor plug.
