KNL Posted June 18, 2024 Report Posted June 18, 2024 Is it possible to activate the OEM anti-lag system of the Evo6 using an #EVO8X ? If so, would additional wiring be required ? (I cannot find the output location on the OEM ECU pinout) Quote
Adamw Posted June 18, 2024 Report Posted June 18, 2024 Our wiring diagrams suggest the solenoid to control the secondary air system is connected to pin #6. Pin 6 is not connected to an output on our plug-in so you would have connect that wire to a spare output yourself. KNL 1 Quote

Adamw Posted June 18, 2024 Report Posted June 18, 2024 I have never seen much info on the factory SAS, but based on the mechanical design of the valve, the size of the diaphragm, and only a small vacuum reservoir available, I would say that it is only designed as an on/off type system, not PWM.
