which pin for clutch and neutral release?

I am assuming the clutch release need to go to a DI pin. am i correct?

Clutch and neutral switches would normally be wired to a DI input yes. If you are all out of DIs you can use an An Volt or An Temp but An Volts don't have pullups and not all An Temps have configurable pullups.
