Open Loop AFR Lambda Overlay Table Not Showing

Hello, I'm trying to enable and use the open loop afr/lambda overlay table to allow richer AFR's for cold starts. I had it on my last car that I tuned with my Link Xtreme, and all of my settings are pretty much identical. Using open loop with ignition closed loop for idle control. but for some reason, I do not have the option for the Open Loop overlay table. What am I missing here?
