Link g4x plug in N0 12v 5v 3.3v reference

Hello, i have a g4x plug in ecu, it powers up (with blue led lights up) , but in F12 (Runtime values) page, under Ecu status, 5v out, 12v internal, and 3.3v internal showing 0 volts.. i suspect the ecu is shorted out and most prob the buck ic (dc to dc converter ic) is the problem, is there anyone can guide me to which is the buck ic.. thank you

If you suspect the ECU is damaged then get in touch with tech support and send it back for repair.
