E-throttle AP Error Accumulator Issue

So, I am having an odd problem on my G4+ Thunder running an e-throttle setup. I have ran the calibration multiple times and verified the range of both the AP (Main) and AP (Sub) after the calibration is correct. So the issue is: while the engine is off and the ignition is on...if you press the throttle to a position anywhere in between fully closed and fully open...the AP Error Accumulator will trip the e-throttle relay. I have to start the car up and see if it does it while running, because I haven't had the e-throttle disable while I move it around the garage and driveway. I just noticed this while I had my foot on the gas pedal and the engine was off. Also, if someone could explain to me exactly how the AP Error value is generated, that would help. I would assume its error between the span of the AP (Main) and AP (Sub), but could it be comparing the position of the accelerator pedal to the throttle body plate? And, since I have the "quiet throttle" mode on (which disables the e-throttle motor while the engine is stalled), does the ecu not have a provision to disable the error tracking while it's in "quiet throttle" mode? It's all a bit odd.

Here are the current voltage limits of the potentiometer circuits in the APS. Note, the AP (Sub) is only a little over half the range of the AP (Main), which I hear is typical for this GM sensor (which is P/N: 10379038).

Never mind! I fixed it. I assumed 2 things before. I thought the "AP (Sub) 100%" value was only able to be set by the auto calibration and I was also assuming it was related to the voltage span of AP(Sub) in relation to AP(Main). But I just dug it up in the help section that it is only intended for sensors in which the AP (sub) stops fluctuating in voltage part way through the pedal travel. So, I can manually adjust it once it's in "On - Setup" mode and it should be 100% for mine since both signals vary in voltage the whole way through the pedal travel. I changed that and I never see the AP Error Accumulator go above 0%!

Sometimes I just need to type out my issues in a post to figure out what I did wrong. haha

Thanks anyway for the response Vaughan!
