Bad post sorry,early morning

I am using cantcu and have configured the link ecu according to the canwiki and looking for starting values for throttle table 2

Has DBW throttle

There is a lot of info in the  can help files but not much I could find on automatic gearbox integration

Should it be treated like a DCT or sequential ?
Thanks

Thank you David, It looks as though the blip request is fairly straightforward

The cut looks to be more intimidating,Am I correct to assume the CAN shift request is done by completing the torque request table?

Or is there another way?
I apologise for the simple questions,I am just trying to understand what is required

That linked post was for a G4+ which is more restricted in options for a variable cut commanded via CAN, but still a lot of it will apply.  G4X has a few more options though.  Doing a full torque management model would be the ultimate, but is pretty daunting so I would suggest keeping it more basic to start with, only add complication when it is really needed.   I believe the 8HP is pretty forgiving from a torque reduction point of view.

Support requests for help interfacing with CAN TCU and Turbolamik have been getting more common recently and both of their documentation seems to be quite lacking so I have been meaning to put together some more detailed instructions to make it easier.  I should be able to look at this in the next week or so if you can wait a bit.

That sounds great thank you Adam

I think once people experience these conversions they will only become more popular

Looking forward to your input

Cheers Mike
