Also attach your map/tune file.

...though one thing I noticed though in the log, your MAP sensor calibration is surely incorrect. MAP should be equal to BAP whenever engine is off/stalled.

It won't calibrate because it is reading too far off in reference to BAP.
Attach your tune file.

Are you sure MAP sensor is Link 3 Bar? AN Volt 3 voltage readings are too far off from what they should be.

yep defo a link 3bar i did also think the voltage was to low

Check the wirings of the MAP sensor... and also the vacuum hose (if no kinks, etc.).

Ive checked the the wiring and it reads 5v

What do you mean by less than 5v when plugged in? does the ECU's 5v runtime drop when the sensor is plugged in or are you referring to the analog input value which shouldn't be 5v when the sensor is unplugged? Or are you measuring the voltage on the 5v wire with a multimeter with the sensor unplugged and plugged in?

If you reckon the sensor is faulty then hit up Tech Support to get a replacement.

Fitted the stock map sensor and runs fine now
