kur715 Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 Hi Guys , Ive been having a few issues with my coils , first a set of used stock coils Then a set of yellow jackets , so ive decided to run 6x 1ZZ-FE coils in my 2jzgte , only problem is that they have individual ignitors on them , since i have a G4 with only 4 ignition Drives can this work? my current setup is running two 3 channel link ignitors , Obviously they will be obsolete but how can i with up 6 individual ignitors? Simon Posted May 13, 2015 Report Share Posted May 13, 2015 No problem to pair the coils in a wasted spark firing order. As the new coils have built in igniters you will not need the external igniters. Just wire the 1st and 4th cylinders in the firing order to Ignition 1 2nd and 5th to ignition 2 3 and 6th to ignition 3. Â Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
