ryan gary
Hello, I have a LINK model LPV10 160603. I cannot seem to connect with a serial cable nor a USB to serial converter. I have followed every instruction possible. I was wondering if it is in fact PCLINK tunable. what model and version is this unit and is it a stand alone or a piggy back? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance!
ashesman
All Version 10 LinkPlus ECU's are just straight wire-in ECU's with full fuel and ignition control. they can be stand alone or piggy back depending on how they are wired. It is definitely PC tuneable. Use PCLink version 2.5. Where possible connect to the ECU using a direct serial connection. If you think that there might be a communications fault, send it to a Link dealer for testing... ryan gary
I would like to run the software, but everytime I try to run it a window pops up saying "the set up profile is damaged, optain a new copy of software" Do you have another version I can have?
