Danny Conway Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 Like RomRaider allows the use of the rear demister/defogger switch, is there an easy way to trigger ECU logging on and off while on the track for a few laps? I don't want to have to take my laptop to the track and turn it on and off all the time if possible. This is for a Subaru WRX GC8 with a Link G4. Quote
Scott Posted August 7, 2013 Report Posted August 7, 2013 Hi Danny, The Link G4 range has inbuilt ECU logging, you can use a Digital Input connected to a switch to activate it. To know more see PCLink Help > G4 ECU Tuning Functions > ECU Logging. Scott Quote
Danny Conway Posted August 8, 2013 Author Report Posted August 8, 2013 Hi Scott, Thx for the reply, and yes I've read the section on logging, hence my question. I take it that there is no 'easy' way to do this then, I cannot use an existing function like the defogger and I have to wire up a new switch to activate it, which I was trying to avoid. Danny Conway Posted August 8, 2013 Author Report Posted August 8, 2013 Thanks Kelly, sounds like that might be a workable solution. Quote
