Jarrod McDonnell Posted April 29, 2014 Report Posted April 29, 2014 i have a evo 7 with g4 plus plug n play ecu and i was wondering what i need to do to connect to my iphone via bluetooth? Cheers Quote
Simon Posted April 30, 2014 Report Posted April 30, 2014 You will need to wire the CAN L and H of the ECU to a OBD bluetooth adapter which is suitable for your phone. You will need a matching App to use the information and display it. Quote
Jarrod McDonnell Posted April 30, 2014 Author Report Posted April 30, 2014 Ok good cheers. Where abouts do you get the correct adapter? Do you guys sell them? I already have iOBD2 app on my phone. Quote
Simon Posted April 30, 2014 Report Posted April 30, 2014 We don't but I know our dealers do. One example is NZEFi here in Christchurch. Quote

Simon Posted July 22, 2014 Report Posted July 22, 2014 You will need to have the OBD option enabled and turned on in the ECU under CAN configuration. Quote
Adturb Posted May 27, 2015 Report Posted May 27, 2015 Sorry to resurrect an old thread. Can anyone recommend an iOS based app and adaptor to use the OBD II function with a G4+ PNP? It's for an Evo IX, but I doubt that makes much difference! Ads Quote
