Is that ecu possible to connect to pclink (computer). I have also a tuning module and it works fine. The car is an old volvo 240 turbo. Cameron Moore Posted August 30, 2012 Report Share Posted August 30, 2012 Hi Robin, I assume you are using a Serial Link to connect to it, does the Serial Link work with other ECUs? Simon Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 When using a USB to serial converter it needs its own drivers to work as a virtual com port. When the converter is plugged in to the PC it should assign a com port number to the device. This COM # will need to be lower than com 10 You can check this through device manager.
