MethOD
Hello,With the Storm, is it possible to configure a failsafe where if boost pressure is greater than a certain PSI and AFR is greater than a certain reading, specific actions can be taken? For instance, cut ignition, deactivate WG solenoid to cut boost, etc.Thank you
Dave Kriedeman
Hi MethOD,Yes you can create these in general purpose limiters.RegardsDave.
MethOD
Hi Dave,Thanks for the info. I looked in to the GP but I'm not quite clear on how it'd get set up. I'm thinking I'd assign one axis to MAP and the other to AFR. Then in each cell I'll enter the RPM at which cut would occur.Am I on the right track? Hi MethOD,Yes you can create these in general purpose limiters.RegardsDave.
Simon
Correct. Any figure that is lower that the normal RPM limit will then act as a limit for the give MAP and AFR reading.
