mack85n
I'm trying to configure VCT on a TB48. the OE ECU switches the circuit to ground. Can I configure a Aux output to switch to ground? Thanks,
Simon
Yep the norm for the AUX channels is a ground switch.
mack85n
Thanks Simon,So if wiring in the attached VCT Solenoid I could simply connect Pin 1 Red to the Aux Channel I wish to use? Then configure the switching based on the desired TPS, RPM etc. Edited January 30, 2017 by mack85n

mack85n
Thanks Simon,As it will be switched under multiple condition ( RPM 2000-4000 ) ECT > 55 deg and MAP 40kpa - 80 Kpa would I need to set it up as a PWM using 1 condition for ECT then have the Output Table at 100 in the cells based on an axis set up of MAP and RPM - with 0 in the cells where it wouldn't be switched and 100 in the cells that it would be switched? Thanks,
Adamw
Yes, that would probably be the cleanest way to do this. You could also do it using an Aux out set up as GP output and combine that together with a virtual aux to cover the extra condition.
