David Frechette
Loom B Pin 14 (RE) that connects to pin 6 on a Bosch LSU 4.9 wideband O2 sensor is missing from the connector........Why?
Adamw
I haven't looked at a pinout to know what pin you are talking about but I assume you mean there is only 5 wires on the sensor side of the connector?if so this is because 1 pin is the calibration resistor which is inside the connector, it doesn't have a wire back to the sensor. David Frechette
Makes sense, there is a resistor module on my 02 connector, is that what the (RE) on pin 14 Loom B circuit is for?. Yes, you are correct there are only 5 wires on my O2 sensor connector and further research has revealed it is an LSU 4.2. Is this compatible with G4+ Fury Edited March 25, 2017 by David Frechette
Adamw
From the help file: You must use a LSU4.9 sensor. Make sure it is genuine Bosch, dont buy a Chinese "equivalent"
David Frechette
Seen that too. Gonna leave my o2 sensor on the SCG1 and use its analog out to an AN input, its not even a year old. If it ever fails I'll replace with LSU 4.9 and wire to internal o2 input. Thanks Adam.
