Ridgey
Hiim going to be buying ecu shortly and getting a new loom made to suit.the question I have is what temperature and pressure sensors should I buy (for monitoring oil), so they can be plugged into the loom and can be scaled (setup) in the ecu. What I want to avoid is extra resistors etc needing to be added into a brand new loom.is it 0-5v linear output sensor, 0.5-4.5v linear output sensor or resistance (ohms) output sensor.apologies if it's simple answer, electrics is not my strong point.thanks Ridgey
Simon
The ECU will be happiest with temp sensors that are a simple 2 wire variable resistance. For the pressure any 3 wire sensor with a 0-5 volt output.
Ridgey
Thanks for the reply. I'll be ordering a G4+ Fury for running a YB Cosworth engine.I shall look for the above types.
