Link Thunder ECU Fault Code 73: Aux 9/10 Supply Error

Setting up our new Link Thunder ECU on our car time attack car. The car is a B18C5 engine, with T1 Cam Trigger, Honda Coils, Bosch motorsports 82mm DBW setup, etc. Working through getting all our sensors configured and getting the car ready to fire. We went through the e-throttle configuration and everything went perfectly, verified the throttle body is operating as expected when the pedal is pressed, however we're seeing the following error consistently:

We looked at the voltage that the pedal is seeing vs what the battery is reporting and they seem pretty close, not sure what's going on. We decided to move on to sync the timing quickly noticed that we weren't getting an RPM signal or anything from the trigger scope either. I'm wondering if this error would cause the ECU to go into some protection mode that would prevent the sync from occurring. It's possible we have a bad T1 cam sensor as well but I figured I'd ask anyway to see.

I've attached our trigger scope capture as well just in case that helps.

How did you test this? backprobe with a multimeter? most DBW pedals are wanting to see 5v input, not 12. Pedal wiring should normally be 2x feeds from the 5v ref output, 2x feeds from sensor ground, and 2x feeds into ANVolt inputs unless you have a rather weird pedal.

The aux9/10 supply error has nothing to do with your pedal however. It means the ECU is not seeing 12-14v on the red wire top center of plug B. This pin needs to be supplied with 12v, which is then used to drive the TPS motors. Have you got 12v supplied to this pin?

Regarding your trigger scope, were you cranking the engine when you captured this? Also what voltage are you using for the power feed to the sensor? The trigger scope shows a constant ~7.5v but no teeth etc.

Also, it would be helpful to have a copy of your map and a log.  3 partial screenshots showing the same picture doesnt help much.  How to do a log:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_P1LRANeO4A

Thanks Adam, we've made some progress. Put a new sensor in and changed a few settings.

I've attached our trigger scope which is picking up one revolution on trigger 1. We can get the timing light to blink once and that's it. Still not sure what's going on.

For the triggerscope, did you click the capture button while the engine was turning?   It looks like you may have clicked it before the engine was turning.

You're right we did that, here's an updated trigger scope with the right capture.

Ok, That looks fine.  When you last saved your map you had ECU hold power configured but no ignition switch set up.  You also have the E-throttle limit showing as active.  So it will be applying an engine kill.

Go to aux outputs>main relay driver and set that to off.  Set E-throttle mode to On-setup for now.  Then go to the runtimes screen as shown below and check the ecu hold power and engine kill are off.

Thanks Adam we actually spoke to someone on the tech support line and there were a few things that were contributing to the Engine Kill and ECU hold Power being stuck on, one of them being the ignition switch input not being wired in. We've managed to get all that fixed and we have no Engine Kill firing up anymore:

Unfortunately we're still not able to keep the timing light on once we trigger the start. If we use the ignition test it fires perfectly fine, but not when we actually try to fire.

What we noticed yesterday is that the B plug pin 5 is not getting 12V consistently and we think that might be part of the problem.

We've reached out to Rywire who built our harness to see what's going on but we're going to try a few other things tonight to see if we can get it work.
