Bought a Mit Evo 9 with a plug-n-play VI-PEC ECU. However, the ECU has password protection and the previous owner doesn't have it and neither I can locate the tuner... 

Can I can send back to factory to unlock the password without removing the existing map? 

Also I need to purchase a tuning cable for it, where I can purchase it?
