Guest SHURA
Hello! Fig 6.1. Standart Power and Ground Wiring (non E-trottle). If 5A Waterproof inlet fuse down, and ignition switch turned on - back feeding on wire battery->fuelpump relay->aux (Power +12 up-down from aux). Aux FuelPump prime time=2 sec. And therefore fuel pump work continuosly, and injectors maybe. My setups: - fuse on start wire 'INJ power +12' (after main relay) - fuse on start wire 'IGN power +12' (after main relay) - fuse on start wire 'ECU power' (after main relay), and on end point -waterproof. Fuel relay 50om. I (By chance) crash fuse on start wire 'ECU +12' and got in this situation. May be move start point wire 'INJ power +12' and start point fuel relay wire after inlet fuse? It is correct? Thank you.!
rayhall
Sorry, I cannot follow what you have written. If you are getting back feeding, it is going to be from a idle valve or some other device with low ohms resistance. Relays on Aux outputs will not cause this to happen. Ray. Guest SHURA
Sorry my english, i draw picture and test this. Comments: - No other device (used only 2 pin on ECU - AUX and GND). - AUX setup in Vipec Soft - low polarity or AUX OFF (no difference). - For any AUX - fuel relay comutted to ON-state. But all worked nice If +12 connected to ECU, Fuel relay not cummuted to ONstate.
rayhall
Power supply for the relay must come from ignition switched power. See picture.
