[Unable to connect to ECU]

Hi Guys, 

 

Thanks for the Great info i was able to Reload a New Version and the ECU not connects every Time. 

 

[Unable to connect to ECU]

Unable to connect to ECU with Laptop. 

ECU is a Vipec IPN35 Plug for 350Z 2004

Latest software has been download after being uninstalled and downloaded

Com port has been confirmed, Error Msg " Unable to connect to ECU but USB connection is present. Cycle the power to ECU " 

ECU was connected to few weeks back when at the tuners however now unable to connect. 

ECU has two Ports - One is a cable coming from inside ECU the other is the port the Racepak Dash was plugged into - this has been disconnected just incase that is also a issue, 

 Any help would be appreciated.
