I have a Link G4X Fury and MXG Street Dash in a Circuit car build.
My question is, are External CAN button signals able to be programmed to replicate the 4 built in buttons on the dash, Or is this only possible using the Specific AIM Remote Button interface plugged into the rear of the Dash?
The build will be incorporating an ECUMaster Digital/Analog To CAN Interface board as the base for a Steering wheel Button Box.
I am assuming that the AIM Remote Button interface broadcasts to a certain CAN address that the Dash reads and knows to emulate the physical buttons on the sides? If this Address was broadcast by the CAN Switchboard, would it work?
