    Ive got the same problem right now. My tuning company has closed down and the have put a password on my ecu too. Wish there was a way around this. I love the tune and have nothing against it. But I just wish I had the password because it is MY computer in MY car. Not fair.

    The problem was my laptop. I had to reformat the hole thing 4 it to work again.its working fine now.

    I have the same problem, I have deleted and re installed this twice, im completely stumpped and cant do anything.. Karl Hewer did u ever resolve the problem??
