  1. Morning,

Am wiring up a honda j35, with a flap in the intake to change runner length. It's 5 wire, but it seems that alternating 12v and ground on 2 of the wires will open or close the flap. Just wondering if anybody has wired these up before. If so, what was the easiest way to do it. It is running in a jet boat if that changes anything.

    Am running a Fury G4X.

    Cheers,

    G

It will be updated when you load the map into the storm.

To confirm Adam, I have a file for a Honda j series out of an atom and a fury on my boat. I can load the atom map in the fury and it will transfer all the tables etc over? I just have to configure what wasn't available in the atom?

As far as I know we have not been given any information to make a trigger mode to support it.  We will need at bare minimum a 2 channel scope capture of the crank and cam.  Preferably a 3 channel capture including #1 spark if you have a running engine.

Hi Adam, Do you need a running engine to get the required scope capture? The reason Im asking is my engine will be going in a jet boat project, I have an engine and factory wiring loom but it is not running yet.

Okay. Mine isn't running yet, but when I get it close I will get a scope capture for you. Or, if I can find a running one I can play with, I will get a capture

  5. does this number look correct for my speed calibration number?

Calibration Number = (Number of Sensor Teeth / Wheel Diameter) * 31.83. Note that wheel diameter is in meters (m).

    so: calibration number = (48 / 0.64) * 31.83   =  2387??

  6. how is a wheel speed input configured in the ecu. i have connected an abs sensor up to my g4 xtreme but need to configure it. It is a reluctor sensor. i know the amount of teeth and the wheel diameter.
