[What is new with PCLink V5.6.1.3098 Firmware]

Hello everyone,

Just tested the new firmware v5.6.2, The lambda 1 closed loop control is working correctly. For the DI# input, Lock Timing only can be use on DI1-8, it's still not working on DI9&10. Will update if there's any other problem exist.

In the release notes it says "Fury Internal Lambda now updates Lambda Average correctly."

However I was having the same issue with Lambda1 not working to correct fuel trims etc (fixed when rename it to Lambda 2) on a red xtreme.

Will this have fixed it for the xtreme as well or just the Fury?

I am using the same Extreme Red Ecu, running on the latest firmware version 5.6.2. Are you still running on the 5.6.1 firmware? They finally fixed the problem on the 5.6.2 firmware.

Hi Scott,

Lock Timing did'nt work on DI9, change it to DI6 and it's working perfectly.

Just noticed that the closed loop lambda control was not working as for version 5.5.7.  In the runtime value the CLL only adding fuels at the maximum of fuel +/- ##'s. I am using an Extreme ecu with an external PLX AFR. No issues on previous version before. Check everything and comparing map calibration done nothing changed.

Already update to the latest firmware v5.6.1.

On the Digital Inputs, Lock Timing did'nt change the state when i switch it to on, Nothing happens. Is there anything else should i do to perform the Lock Timing.

[Traction control Slip target table disappeared on 3D table with 5.5.6 firmware]

Hi everyone's,

Problem solved, as scot mentioned need to online with the ecu. Sorry guys, my mistake.

After using the 3D table for the traction control the car runs very smoothly, i am using Target slip vs Gear since i don't have a G sensor. Just gain from non driven wheel acceleration log.

After upgrading to a new 5.5.6 firmware, the Slip Target Table disappeared from the setup menu after changing it to 3D table mode. The table only appear in 2D table mode.

Would like to know What ECU Model that support for Traction Control Features and on which ECU model do we have to purchase for this extra features. Currently I am using the Extreme G4+ unit for my car and also i88 for my customer car.

Sorry, my mistake... I'm using MGP for the load axis but logging for MAP and not MGP... On the G4 ecu i've select both MAP & MGP...Problems solved

Hi Scott,

Done that already, there was no logged value at all tables. If i stop playing the logged file and reselect the logged value cross hairs the cross hairs exist but only at 0 rpm and 0 mgp. When i replay the logged file automatically the cross hairs dissapears.

I can playback all other cars logged file on the G4 software, but only for my car with the G4+ ecu and software the logged value cross hairs missing.

Hi there,

I am using the new G4+ extreme ecu for my own car, previously i have tune a lot of G4's ecu with no issue at all for my customers car. Just wondering that on the G4+ ecu i could not activate the Log trace cross hair after downloading and playback the datalog from the ecu. Is there anything i should do to make it happen cause it's really hard for me to make any changes on the circuit... Need a little help here and Thank you...
