[USB not working with CAN dash connected]

I am only using the can port/USB cable straight from ECU to my laptop ! 

[PC Link won't connect to ECU]

Although this is an old post, but yes i am having the same exact issue in a G4+ extreme. 

Weldon, i tried uninstalling PC Link, but that did not solve the issue ! how do i Uninstall the Drivers ?? 

Note: its a G4+ GTRLink

I am having a similar issue with G4+ Extreme where it just wont connect to my laptop and everything seems correct ! car starts just fine and also i had it tuned already, but suddenly this issue occurred !

any tips on how to solve it ?

Adam, i am just trying to figure out a possible solution before i go ahead and send you the ECU.
