  1. Morning All,

Engine has been running. Have just setup a single 60amp 4 pin NO relay feeding to 6 outlet 30 amp each fuse block.

Fuse block feeds LH Coils 25 amp, RH Coils 25 amp, Mac valve 10 amp, AFR 15 amp, G4 ecu 10 amp and both injector banks from 1 outlet 25 amp (fuses).

Multi meter says each channel  has 12 volts, ecu has blue light flashing with power on and now IMG20230804164735.thumb.jpg.dddca8889a12229ccc2dc8e38c522f2d.jpg wont start.

Relay earth is going to LH head.

Have changed injectors from Deka 110324 850cc to Siemens 885-875H 875cc. Unsure if this makes a difference

Ecu control of coil and injector earths are to block and heads.

Fuel pump, fans, water pump are controlled buy separate switch panel. Protech 8way switch panel 60 amp, drawing its own power.

    Thanks for your time

    All the Best Clay

  2. Hey Guys,

I"m running 2  044's and a pick up pump through relays and switching wires  to the dash. I would like to be able to have a cutout through the ecu in case the worst happens and I cannot turn the fuel pumps off , I believe through the ecu,  pumps can be turned off  when the engine cuts out . However I'm not sure how to wire this up. would appreciate your advice.

  3. Thanks Simon, Have found an Installation and wiring manual .

Sorry for the newby questions but have had 3 people have a go at wiring this thing up 3rd guy got it going and tuned . Have now stripped all the wiring out and starting again mit was a mess and only to a problem in the future , getting there.

The 1-2uF suppressors have not been installed and I do remember during the tune up in the rev range there was a miss. Have been to Jaycar and supercheap auto shop unfortunately they did not have them and unsure where to get them, will try an auto sparky tomorrow.

Unless you guys may know where to get them . Also oil pressure sensor wiring has been spliced into the injector wires, it was working will this be okay .

    Cheers

  4. Am having trouble finding out the definitive answer on Boost reference.   G4+ xtreme,  Mac 2 port boost solenoid,  E- Boost, Blow off valve.

With these components should boost reference be from compressor or Intake (plenum).

There is a lot of debate out there, Have a link so I will run with what you guys have found to be correct.

    All the best

  5. Thanks Adam,

You Have given me a lot better understanding of how auto elecs work.

Magnetic Loop, keep the circuit tight.

    Plumbing off a feed.

Not sure whats wrong, your site won't accept any password I submit keep having to submit a new password .

    Cheers

  6. Hey guys,

My oil pressure sensor has 3 pins on the diagram it says they require   0V (GND),      0.5V to 4.5V Signal,       +5V .

0V (GND) :   I'm guessing here , this is not required as ECU has sensor GND ?

0.5V to 4.5V Signal  :  Will be any unused 0-5V Input from sensor or external controller   (Analogue Volt # )  Required

+5  :   On the installer I/O Table it shows only one wire for this for either TPS or MAP sensors currently being used as on Map sensor is this the wire required for the oil pressure sensor

or is there another wire I can use.            Using a G4 Extreme.

    Appreciate any help with this.
