firmware version? Maybe it's the same error someone on facebook had. It's a bug in the 5.6.8 firmware. There is a newer firmware available, but it's not online on the website yet.
5.6.8

fuel trim limited for 15%
what is wrong?
as you can see in log there is some big spikes 6442% of fuel correction. and its real correcting for that amount of fuel.

Yeah sorry, I done that spreadsheet about 10 years ago and have obviously made a mistake in one of the formulas for end of injection somewhere. I dont really have time or interest in fixing it right now. You will have to get your calculator out...
thank you for your support, i'll try to calculate it.

Yes you are right, it should be 540.
Sorry I think I have a mistake in my spread sheet, I think I have fixed it now.
0 and 720 is same you told me, in table not same, please check it

Thank you Adamw for your answer
im little bit confuse about, whether this table will work properly
Sequential Injector Timing (°BTDC)SOI 360.lte
for example
if I need to end injection at 360, injection time is 5ms injection duration is 180 deg at 6000rpm, I need to start it at 540deg right? but in table its 180deg

Hi, i setup Sequental/staged injection mode on my subaru.
Question is why Link can not use fuel cut mode with EOI timing position and i have message use SOI
Ok, second question is if i need to end injection timing at 360 degrees with 10msec injection at 6000rpm, i need to start injection at 720? and if i need 14msec at same engine speed, the maximum number in ECU is 720.
or may be i misunderstand something lol

Pretty odd problem for sure. You have a mixture difference of 25% so that is a significant change in fuel or air mass. I dont see anything in the log that could cause that. Does it actually run completely different or does it still run ok when rich Vs normal? What injectors are they? If they are the Bosch CNG injectors then I would be suspicious of those. Have you checked fuel pressure? What about a tight valve clearance or vacuum leak or similar that causes 1 cylinder to misfire?
When its rich its really rich, with black smoke from exhaust
Injectors is Delphi 42lb 01d030b high impedance
still not checked FP
i will check leak test later

Failing lambda ?
is it a wide band or narrow band
what car
4.9 on board and addition external aem x-series

Hello
we have some problem with AFR at idle, above 1-2 hour lambda reads AFR 10-11 at idle and its really rich (tested with external wideband)
But if we turn off engine for 30min, than AFR is ok, but only for 1 hour
ECT, IAT, charge temp, ecu temp, Bat volt, Inj PW actual and effective all same
may be its fuel temp but usually must be lean
AFR problem at idle
