Does anyone know if the g4+ storm black has the datastreaming option enabled yet?

Hi all I have a 1jz vvti s13 running standard coils and ignitor, Siemens 1000cc injectors, holset hx40, link 4bar map, link iat sensor, Bosch ect sensor and having trouble starting it can some please help!! Sory forgot to mention the ecu I'm using is a g4+ storm
