    For the wall wetting I know it is disabled during start up so it is unlikely but I thought there could potentially be something triggering it either at shutdown or shortly after starting that causes the flooding.

     

     

     

    after i change wall wetting to zero flooding problem went away and even idle becomes natural. Thanks to you guys!
    About SPWA is I just downloaded it from Injectordynamic site. but the tricky thing is they have 2 datas for id1700 injectors

    the main problem is cold start issue. Car drives okey while cruising.
    Cold or warm start ups are most likely too rich. and i do only have 1 chance to start car with wide open throttle.  Otherwise car goes too rich and doesnt start up
     

  3. hello again. solved car idle control and car shuts down in traffic issue. 

    today i made 3th and 4th gear pull using 95 octane fuel +50/50 water methanol injection. 
    While run there is huge knock accurs on cylender 2. is there anyway to solve this issue?/there is something with heads slapping that area since after i got my iag900 blongblock heard with headseat im sure it was not piston slap/ please see attached file and log.

    and i still have a problem.

    1. Cold start its still little bit of slow start.

    2. when i let off the throttle car shuts down in a cruise range and after WOT

    3. when i tried to park (turning steering wheel) car shuts down either. 
    what should i do? I zeroed warmup enrichment 80-110ECT to all "0"
     

  5. Hello guys! Need some help on cold start and idle
     Last few months Im keep trying to figure out smooth idle and correct idle. Since i have like no pro tuner in my country. Car drives okey in cruise and couple of WOT.

    The problems are:

    1. On cold start  car doesnt hold its rpm and shuts down

    2. Cranking time is longer (about 3 secs or more)

    3 Idle is unstable rpm rises and falls almost constantly.


    Mods are:

    -IAG900 longblock

    -Kelford 282 cams with 1mm oversized valve (with all supporting mods and ported)

    -Precision gen 2 6266 v band 0.82 hotside turbo

    - 38mm tial WG

    - 45mm TIAL BOV

    - ID1050x top feed injectors (have id1700x since im not sure fuel pump could hangle it)

    - Aeromotive A1000 FPR

    - 340lph fuel pump

    - 10 bar fuel pressure gauge (Calibrated)

    - 5.2 bar map sensor (Calibrated)

    - GM IAT sensor

    - MAC 3 port boost solenoid

    - AEM water/meth injection

     

    if anyone could help me with happy idle i would be so happy :D

  6. finally start my car.

    can someone please look at my log and file?
    Problem is:

    -Cant hit target idle rpm
    -little boggy from 800 rpm to 1500rpm
    -cold start is kind of lean for like 20 second or so.

     

    Car mods are:

    -iag1000+ longblock (kelford 282 camshafts)
    -precision 6266 turbo
    -id1050x fuel injectors
    -AEM wideband sensor
    -HKS M40iL sparks
     

    OEM map sensor, OEM FPR, OEM fuel rails.

    Im kindly requesting simular setup map. Tried to start with base map but couldnt idle.
    i have a Chaser jzx100 1jz-gte with g4x plugin ecu with pnp map sensor.
    stock 1jz-gte 
    Sard 850cc injector with sard fuel rail
    Sard 2 port fuel pressure regulator set at 3 bar

    Hks 264 degree in and out cams
    Garrett G30 top mount turbo

    Link IAT sensor

    AEM uego wideband sensor with gauge

    any running maps would be good. thank you
