If the firing angles were wrong I would expect just one cylinder to be running bad and only one pipe hot. The fact both pipes are glowing a similar colour suggests the timing may be wrong on both cylinders?
If your ignition event is very late, there is less piston stroke left to convert the combustion heat into torque from expansion, at BDC there is still only the normal amount of time for heat rejection, so the excess heat that wasnt converted into torque is instead rejected out the exhaust system/valves/ports/combustion chamber.
Can you explain how you set the trigger offset/base timing.
Pipe get hot red i've colved, this is the map after my dyno, at some high rpm point like 9000rpm it still gets red in 1min. And this log is that i changed map sensor to cylinder1 manifold as your advice for trigger2 a few days ago, and you help me set up trigger2. Finally, using the trigger set in my map , the 50% probability of sucess ignition you said didn't happen,i can fire up the engine in every crank,I am wondering how this is going on?

i set the base timing using a timing light and high speed camera , picture 1 is the engine at cylinder1 tdc. Picture is the engine is cranking when enter base timing set interface.

Because you can ignite way too late in the exhaust
18degree is too late?

Are you sure the TDC angles are correct? Is one piston at BDC when the other is at TDC?
Did you try 0/540 TDC points?
Why tdc angles incorrect would cause to exhaust pipe hot red?

And in this set up,it didn't have 50% of ignition success probability adamw told me few days ago ,but can igniton every craniking. This may be the problem?

I got a 2 cylinder 180 degree motocycle engine ,no cam seneor.Running at 3000 rpm with no load the exhaust pipe become red.And the sound don't like 2 cylinder engine, so i doubt it have fuel shortage. This is the map and log.Picture and sound i will put in reply zone.

3000RPM no load become this ,just in 2minute.I also put the sound here

MAP level sync should theoretically still work with this engine due to the odd firing angles. I have used MAP level sync successfully with a harley davidson common plenum which has only 45deg difference between TDC points. The only doubt I have is how much dampening effect that large plenum volume has.
I will need to see a trigger scope capture of the engine cranking to confirm. Preferably connect the MAP sensor to AN Volt 1 so it gets captured with the trigger scope.
This is the map i use now. Why the engine will Fuel Shortage(cylinder2 don't work) when choose Sequential, and change to Multi-point Group it become normal. What is the difference of this 2 mode?

Correct, it will run direct spark with no sync but 50/50 chance of starting. MAP sync will be a good option.
This is the intake system, now i use.Compare to OEM it have not ITB,the thtottle is inside the red circle i draw.I am not sure with this change whether the pressure drop is enough for determine inteke or power stroke or not.

Thanks Adamw with the help of timing ligh tand high speed camera i finally fired the engine, the tdc offset i determined is -140.
When "1 T" lined up with mark 5, cylinder 1 is on TDC.
As to trigger2 mode, yeah, this engine does not have cam sensor. I asked about this question a few days ago.By my understanding of your reply ,it have 50% of chance to sync ,if not then stop crank and crank again. Now i am planning to change Map sensor to manifold attached cylinder1.

Have you got a picture of the crankshaft? Is it 180°, 270° or 360° firing angles?
180°

The picture i attached below is the trigger tooth of my engine. This engine is a CFmoto clx700 engine which is improved from kawasaki 650.It has 4 timing mark which one should i see in link software way?
My pclx file is also down there

I have a gear number sensor working like temp sensor so i try to connect it to temp channel, but i don't know how to calibrate gear number by the ohms.

the wheel speed sensor is hard to configure, can i just calculate speed using the rpm and gear?
And how can i calibrate gaer number by the sensor's resistance connected to analog temp?

Is it‘s wiring like this?
5 hours ago, Adamw said:It could possibly be magnetoreistive too (some call them "active sensors"). These are a 2 wire sensor that output a squarewave. They are often tricky to get to work - they generate a change in current rather than a change in voltage so you need to mess around with a scope and various pull-ups/downs until you get a suitable voltage change coming out of the circuit.
Is it’s wiring like this?

I got a hall effect sensor, but it only have 2 wire not we usually see 3 wire type. And i have no idea which wire's meaning. How to connect it to my ecu?
-

Wire the map sensor to AN Volt 1. Make sure the calibration is correct so that it reads the same as BAP with engine not running. Then disable fuel or ignition so it can’t start and do a trigger scope capture while cranking. Attach the scope file here and I will help you with settings
Actually, i use the engine in a formula student car,the rule says the engine have to be only a throttle. Now i wondering if the throttle is on upper of the intake system, can the map drop still be used in trigger?

With multitooth/missing mode trigger mode and sync mode set to none (no cam sensor), then the ecu will still run in sequential, however it will only sync randomly since there is no way to know if you are on exhaust stroke or compression stroke. So approximately 50% of start attempts the ecu will start sparking on the correct stroke and the engine will start. And approx 50% of start attempts the ecu will start sparking 360deg out so the engine will not start.
For your information, with motorcycle engines with no cam sensor, if you have individual throttle bodies per cylinder, then you can connect a map sensor to 1 intake port and the ecu will be able to use that to sync instead of a cam sensor.
the engine dose have ITB, and the OEM map sensor does located after throttle,i can try that
-
Oh thanks, you mean the ecu just simply try the two stroke ,if right irun if not change to another stroke.

I use g4x fury to match a motocycle engine, which engine is running on crank missing tooth, and have no cam sensor. The official tutorial says this mode the ECU knows 360deg of the engine ,but the engine cycled 720deg.How can it run? The ecu only knows the engine is on tdc but how can it know it's now firing tdc or exhaust tdc?
-
Thanks ,at that time i hasn't know that adu can log to usb
-
Can the ECU log the sensor data wiring to the dash ?Since the dash hasn't log function, while the ecu has 512Mb of log memory.

Yes, you can send data from the dash to the ECU using the CAN output function.
Thanks Adamw
