I don’t see it being an issue I’ll try it out, Man thanks again I plugged in your first example except I changed 2sec to 5sec and it worked perfectly as elegant as can be 2nd pump primes with main pump I can confirm by watching fuel pressure with main pump only I get 332kpa during prime and with both pumps I get 340kpa during prime, I’ll try out 2nd example but haven’t had any issues with pump 2 staying running but I haven’t fired the car up since installing only key on engine off waiting for a radiator

  3. I was confident I had it right but, I went back and verified the wiring to secondary pump relay and sure enough I had a constant 12v wired to pin 86 the issue has been corrected. Thank you. Do you have any suggestions on how I can have secondary pump cycle with key on engine off the way the main pump does but only turn on when engine is running based on map/ethanol content? Am I only limited to 2 conditions?

I have installed twin inline aem “044” pumps that I want to run staged, my lift pump and main inline fuel pump work properly, but it seems the secondary 044 pump relay is getting ground from aux 6 on g4+ monsoon fuel pump is staying on with the key on , ecu is giving ground to relay even when off. Is there a way to fix this through software? The relay for second pump shares all the same supply as the other two pump relays except for its ground (aux 6) if I disconnect the ground wire coming from aux 6 on ecu The secondary pump stops running. I would like to set it up to come on based on boost and ethanol content. Im curious Is it possible to have it cycle with the other two pumps with key on to prevent it seizing but not run with them all the time? I have aux 6 set to “off” Any help or suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

Adam thank you so much you have resolved my issue my car is now running, when I checked my air gap my crank sensor was backed all the way out on the adjustable bracket I gapped sensor to bmw spec of .040 thou/ 1mm and car fired right up. THANKS a million! It’s always the simple things. You’re the man!!
  6. My appologies, I logged cranking with the sensor disconnected from when i ohm tested it, below shows trigger signal yes, but no engine rpm Log 2023-07-12 4;47;32 pm.llg

I have Link G4+ Monsoon running batch fire and wasted spark with DIYAUTOTUNE “Chrysler v6” coil pack and Toyota DH61 igniter, on bmw m30b34, Im using factory 60-2 trigger wheel and m50 obd 1 crank sensor I have checked continuity on 3 pins from sensor to ecu all good, tested crank sensor 900ish ohms as per spec when cranking trigger 1 signal says yes but I have no engine rpm, Trigger 2 sync mode set to none trigger 1 Arming voltage set to 0.5v. Trigger setting multi tooth/missing filtering set to default 1. Car ran before with settings the way they were but now engine rpm not showing anything car won’t fire but I have fuel and ignition when “testing” with laptop so I know those circuits are good just not getting them while cranking. Ecu firmware 5.6.4.3240, laptop firmware 5.6.8.3669 just in case that’s an issue. Any ideas? Your time and help is much appreciated current tune 7 12 23.pclr cranking log 7 12 23.llg
