  1. Sorry for spelling your name wrong, Jurgen. The factory ecu has the sensors with twin core shielded - black wire, white wire and a shield. The black wire appears to be the "signal" wire as the white wire from both the crank sensor and the cam sensor are tied together at the ecu. This is the way I have wired it. David (Ralf) has just informed me of the switches but I don't remember seeing any mention of dip switches within his manual. I'll look to download a newer version and have a read tonight. He also said there is a sub-menu regarding the polarity of the triggers which I'll look at as well. David.
  2. Hi, I'm trying to run a Link V5 on a Toyota Starlet with a 1NZ-FE 1500cc engine. The ecu was with your company a few months ago and the sub board was replaced/configured(Jugen??). I believe the engine uses reluctor trigger sensors for the crank and cam positions but I am not getting any SCE entires while monitoring the ecu when attempting to start the car. With a multimeter, I do see a "signal change" at the ecu plug when cranking the engine. Someone had suggested the ecu needs to be calibrated with the trigger sensors but we aren't sure. Can you advise us please or point us in the right direction? Thank you.
