Guest |202|
Hi guys, Was working on getting gear selection setup last night. I did ecu-based gear learn and went through all the gears with no issue, but for some reason the values didn't seem to write to the gear ratio table. So I redid the work but in "user defined" and just recorded the Gear Ratio Calc value in each gear and manual entered them into the table. The values are there now and I can see that they normalized for 4th gear as I have selected. But, when I drive the car, I can find any runtime value that displays the gear. I need to verify this value so that I can send it to my Racepak. Can someone point me in the right direction, how can I confirm my gear selection is setup correctly? In gear, should I be seeing values in Gear Ratio Status?

rayhall
The very first item in the run time values under digital inputs is gear. Press the R key or F12 then click on the digital input tab. Ray.
ashesman
You can right click, add a new digital gauge. Add gear to the gauge (found under digital inputs). Alternately, as Ray said it is in the runtime values window under Digital Inputs (press R key).
