Limiter settings

Hello all I am trying to set my limiter to sound like James Deane style sound, if you don't know who he is check the video around 1:15

 

My car makes about 550, and have seen people with similar horsepower achieve the result I'd like.

With my current setup the limiter hits but slow, almost like a standard limiter.

is the start cut percent something that will change how hard it hits the limiter? in other words slow the engine down less on the way to the limiter then hit the hard cut? I've been trying to read the help file but have had no luck understanding 100% on my own.
