Link PlusG3 Boot up problem

Link Plus G3 will not start up after ignition has been turned off unless the ignition is turned on and off a number of times.Message says [ ECU in boot mode - reinstall firmware ]Have reinstalled firmware about 20 times but the problem still persists.Each time the firmware is reinstalled I get a message [ firmware installed successfully ] engine then starts OK until the ignition is turned off then the problem starts over again. Have checked and rechecked all wiring and connections countless times and can find no problems.Am using the latest PC Link and Firmware software.Nobody seems to be able to give us an answer .Also in the PC link software the AFR target map,the axis setup doesn't work.Engine RPM range from 65,535 to 983025 which is completely useless.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ron what version of firmware did you install?

have you tried rolling back the firmware to an older version of firmware to see if the problem goes away
