PDM strategy

Looking for some advice, I have installed quite a few Link ecus but this is my first PDM project. I usually use an ECU controlled power set up and e throttle. Just wondering what the best strategy is for PDM usage. Should the PDM control the ECU? Leave all the e throttle power/ relay controlled by ECU? It’s a thunder so I have tons of channels.

Items to power:

2 fans, up to 20 amps each. PWM would be nice

fuel pump - 20 amps

trans cooling pump - 15 amps?

trans cooling fan 5 amps

oil cooling fans - 5-10 amps

tutbo cooling pump 5 amps

injectors (4)

d585 coils (4)

dash / aim solo / ecu

misc 12v - brake lights (led), hall sensor power, boost solenoid power

starter solenoid signal

i have 4 solid state relays (30 amp) to use as well, can be triggered by ecu
