Tautvydas
Hi, I can't find the information on the differences of diferent versions. I have a guy who wants to sell a V5 LINK ECU, and would like to know the functionality differences of this version comparing to others. Thankyou
ashesman
V5 is the latest of the old generation (G1) ECU's. It is PC tunable but does not include all the benefits of new ECU's such as G2 and G3. It has better functionality than older V1-V3 ECU's and a larger fuel/ignition table. V5 is the best of the old wire in ECU's, but is no where near as good as the current G3 version. Note that if you buy it second hand you may have to get it modified to suit your engine. If you tell me more about what you are planning to use it on I can give a more specific answer...
