rayhall
The throttle control on the V88 is an option. This feature is not available at the moment and when available, it will be for dealer only installs. Ray.
Guest |195|
Is there an ETA on the electronic throttle option?
Guest |87|
I too am keen to know. I spoke to Lumpy about this, and the elec throttle is something id think of wiring up based on the fact of my partial disability. At times in high G's turning right ... i have a very hard time getting my right foot back into the throttle, and with elec, i would use a secondary throttle input. rayhall
The electronic throttle control is undergoing testing at the moment. As soon as I have something concrete, I will post it here. Ray.

Guest |195|
Good to hear. With the V88?
rayhall
Chris, Yes with the V88. It is the only model with this feature.
Guest |95|
I got mine in October for Subaru 04, which is dbw throttle - Can I assume my V88 unit with the subaru P&P harness will run the car when it finally gets installed? Additional software needed? Also would like suggestions for tuners in New England Area. Dealer I got it from is out of the picture.
rayhall
No extra hardware is needed to control the throttle on the Subaru if using a V88. The ECU will need the latest firmware and software (Version 4.3.4 or later). Mike at Innovative Tuning http://www.innovativetuning.com is your closest dealer. They are setting up a 2006 model car at the moment. Ray.
