Guest |185|
Hi All I have a v44 ecu, for some reason when I try and download the vdas.exe file from the website, it tells me I have to login, when I can download other files normally here. Is there a reason for this? thx

rayhall
The VDash software is almost ready. I will try to finish it off in the next few days. Here is a screen shot of what the program looks like. http://www.vi-pec.com/software/VDashScreenShot.png

Guest |229|
Any update on this?
rayhall
The program is 99% done. It has a feature where you can playback a data log. This has a bug and will not work. Despite quite a lot of time trying to find the problem I am getting nowhere. I am willing to release the software without this feature. Just let me know if you want it like this, or will wait until I have the playback fixed. Ray.
Guest |229|
Would be happy if you just released it. Then when you get it sorted upload a new version..
rayhall
I finally found and fixed the bug... The program can now be downloaded from the software page on the Vipec website. Please read the online help before using. The program calculates the engine power using various data from the ECU. To calculate the engine power, an accurate air fuel ratio is required. This means you need a wideband meter input. A directly connected 02 sensor is no good. For the speedo to work you need to select the digital input that is been used as the vehicle speed input. Ray. rayhall
Some things I forgot to mention.. There is a sample datalog included with the program. Also data logs from the Vlogger program and VDash are the same so you can use them in either program. Ray.
