LinkG4+ Ecu (Warm Starting Issue) 4G63t

Evo 1-3 Application
Bit of a random one but in the process of having Ecu all set up an mapped etc but once the car is warm an at running temp, say for instance you might need to stop for fuel after all it does not like to start it just cranks but no fire, if u chuck a jump pack on starts instantly, battery is in the boot, and never had this issue with stock Ecu, obviously must be something simple no doubt any suggestions or anyone had this issue in past just leaving it to tuner to get it sorted and finish mapping etc but thought would post on here just to see if anyone else had similar issues?...
The car is making fantastic power and far from finished on the mapping side of things,.. However this is a strange unexpected issue wondering if it's something simple to rectify.

To better assist posting a log file of what is happening when the problem is present would give a lot of insight, also, being able to view you cal file would compliment the log in a very productive manner.
