laurence koelmeyer1436215435 Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 I am converting a gen3 3SGE to a rear wheel drive application using a LEM G3, does anyone know if or where abouts the cam angle sensor is on the stock engine. It appears the crank angle sensor is within the distributor acording to the workshop manual but it does not go into any detail. -Do I even need the cam angle sensor? ashesman Posted April 3, 2007 Report Share Posted April 3, 2007 The cam and crank angle sensors are both inside the distributor. You will wire the 24 tooth sensor to Trigger 1 and the 1 tooth sensor to Trigger2. You must wire both sensors...
